ABOUT US

Energy Moto Ltd is an Arusha, Tanzania-based social entrepreneurship specializing in renewable energy, constructing biodigesters, and creating sustainable strategies for individuals and companies. We work to stay informed of the most current efficient sustainability practices to provide alternative cost-effective methods to satisfy our clients’ needs. The construction of biodigesters is one of our specialties providing the optimal solutions for the utilization of organic animal waste and/or food waste to produce biogas and bio-slurry as an effective liquid fertilizer to restore the soil and increase productivity.

 

What makes us stand out is that we find the balance between protecting and preserving the environment while using the existing resources to solve issues or create opportunities for renewable energy production.

She is the Director of Energy Moto, she holds a degree in Environmental Engineering from the Catholic University of the East, Colombia. She received a Master's Degree at the University of South Florida, the United States in Climate Change and sustainability with a concentration in Renewable Energy. She has three years of experience in the construction and functionality of Biodigesters in the United States and Tanzania, her internship was focus on Feasibility of different biogas designs for small farmers and piloting the marketing of biogas in bags in Arusha Tanzania which allowed her to be exposed to the adapted technologies and rural community development at Tanzania.

He is the Coordinator and Tech leader of Energy Moto his vast experience in the biogas field has made him a Biogas Expert. He holds a degree as a Tour Guide driving and Wildlife Management from the Tropical Training Centre Institute of Arusha (Tanzania) also received a certification as Biogas expert, environmental keeper, and cultivation agriculture from ECHO (East Africa Impact Center) and an extensive field training with CREATIVE Energy from the United Kingdom. He has built more than 30 biodigesters biogas since 2016.
